We care – Axis Technical Support

Axis Technical Support believes in “Staying with you all the way”. To bring this belief into action for Axis employees, customers and partners, Adentity created a clear, easy-to-understand and user-friendly communication concept with the core message “We care”.

Through the use of simple icons, infographics, benefit-based value statements for each unique service, and a sell-in presentation, we linked the different services under a unifying theme that was easy to understand and distinguish. The campaign effectively made Axis Technical Support easier to access and use, driving home its core message.
