STRENGTHEN ALFA LAVAL’S BRAND IN CLEANTECH
Case stories are a great way to market your business. Using factual material to tell success stories about completed projects with existing, satisfied customers.  So, when Alfa Laval asked Adentity to create a case story, case film, and social media campaign about a building project in Milan, we were all in! The assignment was to create a compelling case story for Alfa Laval’s energy efficient solutions with a linked social media campaign.

NEW BUILDINGS IN MILAN WITH ENERGY EFFICIENCY IN FOCUS
In the up-and-coming district of Santa Guilia, Milan, where a new Sports Hall is being built for the XXV Olympic Winter Games in 2026, the WELL and Leed Certified buildings Spark One and Two are seeing the light with energy efficient products from Alfa Laval. We developed an exciting case story based on research, interviews, and graphics. With videos, storytelling, and infographics we highlighted the energy efficiency, reliability, and serviceability of Alfa Laval. As a key partner in the WELL and Leed certified commercial building project, Alfa Laval provided optimal sustainable products that contributed to energy and cost savings for the project.

EFFICIENT, SMART, AND SUSTAINABLE – EXPLORING THE KEY BENEFITS
Keeping sustainability and cleantech in focus whilst demonstrating how Alfa Laval’s innovative equipment is used in urban developments, we started by thoroughly researching the project to gain an understanding of the technical solutions. We also explored different aspects of the project including, which stakeholders were involved, project timelines, and the benefits of the products to Alfa Laval’s clients. Interviews with engineers were carried out, technical data gathered, and graphical elements consolidated.

Adentity combined all the information gathered into a compelling story complemented with images and infographics. The result was a story highlighting the key aspects and messages, including quotes from Alfa Laval and their project partners along with technical facts and information about their supplied solution.

USING FILM TO BRING THE CASE STORY ALIVE
Short films are visually appealing and a convincing way to communicate a sincere message. For the case film, Adentity created a 45-second clip, articulating the sustainability aspects of Alfa Laval’s products used in the Milan building project. From initial storyboarding to incorporation of an inspirational mix of moving graphics and images, the film highlights key messages, whilst strengthening Alfa Laval’s brand as a cleantech company.

Given that film is easy to share and has an immediate quality, a second shortened adaption was created to be used as part of Alfa Laval’s social media marketing campaign about the project. The end products produced for the client were well received and facilitated in promoting Alfa Laval’s products in a strong, trusting, and relatable way for future customers.
